Tree Cabinetry’s solid wood cabinet finishes are crafted with the following outstanding details of craftsmanship.

- The highest quality solid wood is sanded to a smooth finish and then vacuumed.

- To balance the base color of the wood, an equalizer stain is applied

- To achieve color uniformity, a toner is applied.

- To showcase the hidden beauty of the natural grain, a deep penetrating stain is applied.

- All stained surfaces are hand-rubbed, excess stain is wiped off, and then they are slowly air-dried.

- To provide uniform protection, a wood sealer is applied to all exposed wood surfaces.

- Every surface is hand-sanded to ensure a smooth, consistent finish.

- ‘If applicable,’ a glaze is applied by hand.

- An examination for color consistency is conducted, with additional touch-ups as required.

- A protective top coat is added last to enhance durability against scuffing, moisture, fading, and common household chemicals.

All Tree Cabinetry cabinets and vanities are crafted using solid wood and engine center panels, proudly highlight the following STANDARD features:

DOOR PANEL - Full overlay door made from 3/4” thick solid wood.

DOOR HINGE- Hidden Euro-style with 6-way adjustable, soft-close metal.

ADJUSTABLE SHELF - Cabinet-grade plywood, 3/4” thick, with a clear coat finish on all sides and edges, and equipped with metal shelf rests.

DRAWERS - feature 5/8” thick solid wood on all sides, dovetail construction, and full-extension pull-out.

DRAWER GLIDE - Concealed under-mount with full-extension pull-out and soft-close metal.

PLYWOOD BOX - Cabinet-grade plywood, 5/8” thick, with clear coat finish on interior sides and matching color finish on exterior sides.

METAL BRACKET - Corner bracket reinforcements are installed in base cabinets to ensure maximum stability.

DOOR BUMPER - Enhances quiet-closing and reduces slamming for increased durability.
